The Juggler II™ Integrated Planning Calendar
This Planning Calendar, a multi-user application, is totally integrated with Juggler II™, and will allow centers to:
• Plan their fixed and mobile sites on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis and have these automatically exported into Juggler II™ on finalization.
• Track Center performance against overall collection goals by day, week, month and year.
• Monitor Mobile planning activity against staff availability during the planning cycle.
• Archive all site specific information as to sponsors, directions, requirements and report on these as per each Centers specific needs.
• Lock the planning calendar during staff scheduling periods, but still allow the addition of ‘late’ entries to the schedule as well as permit changes to previously approved drives.
• Eliminate all duplication of entries between Donor Recruitment Services Mobile Scheduling and Collections Staff Scheduling.
• Allow for interface with all other Mobile planning applications.
