Why is Juggler II™ for Windows the premium blood center staff-scheduling software?1. | 2. Juggler II™ keeps travel time, overtime and under time to a minimum so you can cut unnecessary costs. How? Each of these efficiency-reducing problems can be set as "penalties" which you command Juggler II™ to consider when balancing all of your employees' schedules. | 3. In a matter of minutes,Juggler II™ lets you preview different schedule options and lets you see which schedule is the best overall. When making schedules, you select parameters such as recovery time between shifts, minimum/maximum hours per employee, qualification rankings, and others such as Juggler II™'s "Staff Seniority" parameter. After making a schedule based on these or other parameters, Juggler II™'s "Review Schedule Violations" feature shows you which requests may have been superseded. Administrators keep track of schedules to see which schedules afford the lowest staffing cost per unit. Weekly statistics, in addition to productivity and cost figures give administrators clear evidence of blood center output.
