Chris De Cairos
Chief Executive Officer
Chris De Cairos, founder of WGD and CEO has over 25 years experience in the information systems development field. He has provided information management consulting expertise to the public and private sectors. His background includes information technology planning, management consulting, quality assurance and systems development with mainframe, client server and groupware technologies. He has significant experience in systems development methodologies, quality assurance of the development life cycle, process and data modelling and JAD session leadership. »
Chris is qualified to conduct evaluations to determine the most appropriate implementation of Web, e-Business, Workflow and Groupware applications for large, medium and small sized clients as well as provide the hands-on skills to deliver successfully the approved solutions. His experience as project manager, project leader, architect, business/systems analyst and programmer complete the circle of experience Chris brings to the fore and helps establish him as a quality senior information management resource. »
Lori Rainone
President
Lori Rainone is the President of WorkGroup Designs Inc. responsible for managing and administering the company operations including management consulting, IT consulting and software product solutions for public and private sector organizations. She has extensive leadership and management expertise and skills gained in both the public and private sector. She has extensive background in human rights, human resources, organizational development, case management and process re-engineering. »
Lori worked in the Ontario Public Service for 10 years, and left to begin a management consulting practice in 1999. She has provided various organizations with high level, quality consulting services in organizational development, strategic planning, human resources, business process re-engineering, IT planning, program evaluation, research and audit initiatives. »
Doug Clute
Vice President, Business Development
Doug Clute is Vice President of WorkGroup Designs Inc. and a key member of our management consulting and human rights consulting team. Doug is a respected business and community development advisor with extensive practical experience in multi-cultural environments, an active member of Sault Ste. Marie’s business community with an international reputation as a business facilitator. He is an excellent investigator with strong communication and organizational skills and a flair for consultation and facilitation. »
Doug left the Ontario Public Service in 1998 after a career spanning service in five Ministries and several municipal government organizations. He joined WorkGroup Designs in February 2007. »
