Lori Rainone
President & CEO
Lori Rainone is the President of WorkGroup Designs Inc. responsible for managing and administering the company operations including management consulting, IT consulting and software product solutions for public and private sector organizations. She has extensive leadership and management expertise and skills gained in both the public and private sector. She has extensive background in human rights, human resources, organizational development, case management and process re-engineering. »
Lori worked in the Ontario Public Service for 10 years, and left to begin a management consulting practice in 1999. She has provided various organizations with high level, quality consulting services in organizational development, strategic planning, human resources, business process re-engineering, IT planning, program evaluation, research and audit initiatives. »
Kathy Kestides
VP of Management Consulting
Kathy Kestides, VP of Management Consulting is an experienced facilitator, manager, presenter and organizational change consultant. Her expertise is in the areas of stakeholder relations, risk management, business planning & transformation, process analysis, executive strategic consultations, stakeholder engagements, organizational restructuring, and business improvement initiatives. Kathy worked in progressively responsible positions within the Ontario Public Service for eleven years for the Ministries of Community & Social Services, the Attorney General and the Management. Board Secretariat. Kathy has provided extensive organizational development consulting services in sectors such as health care, pension systems, government and regulatory agencies. »
Kathy is results-driven providing each client with quality products. She has held numerous facilitation roles over the last twenty years and has built exceptional skills and the required competencies to facilitate group interactions, engaging diverse groups of people and moving them toward positive results. Kathy promotes a participative management style ensuring the success of her facilitations for all participants. Her facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills have been an underlying foundation for her management consulting practice which has focussed on strategic direction setting, executive visioning, workforce planning, risk management assessment, organizational design, efficiency planning and business improvement. »
Mark Belsito
Managing Director, Software Development & Support
Mark Belsito is WGD’s Manager of Software Development and Support, and is currently the lead architect on the company’s research and development in its case management software product. He is a highly experienced, innovative, energetic individual with many years of both software engineering and management experience. Mark possesses proven software development and engineering skills and continually strives to maintain his solid background and skills in current technologies. He has an advanced ability to effectively manage the fast changing needs of a dynamic organization and the rapidly advancing Information Technology industry. »
Mark has worked for the Ontario Lottery Corporation in various capacities including Data Modeling Assistant, Application Specialist and Senior Solutions Delivery Analyst. He also worked with Algoma Steel as a developer, the Ministry of Natural Resources as a Senior Systems Analyst, and for the Barker Group as a Team Leader/Manager and a Senior Software Engineer. Mark adds exceptional value to translating business requirements into system solutions, and has highly developed skills in system design and development. »
